No — we supply everything. All professional-grade LED lights, clips, and hardware are included in your display package. You don't buy, store, or manage a single bulb. We bring it all, install it, and take it back in January.
Most residential installs land somewhere between $600 and $2,500 depending on the size of your home and how much you'd like lit up — roofline only, or roofline plus bushes, trees, and railings. A modest home with a simple roofline sits at the lower end; a larger property with multiple areas lands higher. Every quote is custom, itemized, and free — so you'll know exactly what you're getting before you commit to anything.
We price per linear foot of lighting. Rooflines start at $10/ft and other areas (bushes, railings, trees, path lighting) are quoted separately. We use satellite imagery to measure your property and send a fully itemized quote — no surprises and no obligation.
Installations begin in mid-November and run through to early December. Removal takes place in January. Your exact date is confirmed when you book — returning clients get first pick of the schedule.
Since we own the lights, any issues are on us. Just send a message and we'll come out and sort it. It's part of the service — you're not left dealing with it on your own.
